Domaine Gilles Troullier is based in Latour de France, the headquarters of natural wines in Roussillon.
Gilles does wonders by concentrating on 6 hectares of vines mainly planted with Syrah as well as Grenache noir and gris.
The great particularity of the estate is to want to produce high-altitude wines and take advantage of this (relative) freshness.
This is why all the vines are located at an altitude of more than 600m: Secret to offering fresh and ripe wines with a controlled alcohol content.
Everything is worked in Biodynamics but without certification.
