Calamari
Great little starter or nibble. Served with a nice garlic aioli is our favourite but lots of different sauces work. Again if you have a deep fat fryer great, if you don’t, get one.

Seafood Risotto
You can use whatever seafood you like really when making a dish like this and naturally by whatever is in season keeping it as fresh as possible! We love risottos for there warmth and cuddly feeling while also being bloody tasty!

Roast Lamb Shoulder
Cooking this beauty low and slow give you a deliciously juicy and tender piece of meat that is very flexible. You can serve it in so many ways. In a traditional matter with spuds and veg or in tacos for example. The world is your oyster.
Wine Pairing -
Roast Duck
We make our Roast Duck with some soy, honey and 5 spice but you can keep it plain by simply just rubbing salt into the duck before roasting. Like we said before, we love duck and everything about it. I just can’t cook duck at home. My Dad worked on a duck farm as a kid and literally cries every time he sees one.

Ultimate Charcuterie Board
Now, anyone can make this. Not a huge amount of skill involved! Definitely makes a huge difference though to go the extra mile and spruce the board up as opposed to just having cheese and ham! Put some effort in!!!!! Generally you’re talking about a variation on the following ingredients - Cheese, Meats, crackers or bread, fruit, olives, dips, nuts.

Fried Olives
We love picky finger food at Boujee Booze and we love anything fried! Fried socks. These olives are dirty and delicious. We like to use garlic or feta stuffed olives.

Confit Duck Leg
We absolutely love duck and everything about it. There are many different interpretations for this and you can simply just use salt to cure the duck and it is delicious. We took inspiration from Raymond Blanc for this. Can be served alongside anything, if you want to be like Raymond Blanc he went with a confit duck leg cassoulet. Enjoy.

Steak with mushroom Sauce
Different folks, different steaks. Famous tv show. You can use any steaks you like and there’s many ways of cooking them. If you’re looking for some larger sharing style steaks we have recipes for them on the site but for here we are going to go with your standard style sirloin steaks most people buy from their local supermarcado. If you are looking to cook a different style steak we haven’t touched upon then hit us up and we can help advise!
Serves 2
Pâte
Can be used all year round for any type of setting. Fancy dinner party as a nice snack with some nice bread. Or if you’re as boujee as us, we make this nearly every month and just spoon it into our gobs watching love island. You don’t have to watch love island, we are forced to, and Pâte makes it a little easier. Especially if you’re sipping the banging wine below.

Wild Mushroom Ragu
Again we prefer to be wild Mofo’s and use wild mushrooms if possible! A nice mixture of Shiitake, oyster or chanterelles works great!
Serves 2
Smoked Short Rib of Beef
For this recipe I use a Kamado BBQ. If you don’t have one, get one.
I like to do a brine first and then dry rub as you can see but it is also possible to skip the brine and just do dry rub.
Wild Mushroom Risotto
One of our favourite dishes, winter warmer style dish as I like to call them. You can feel this heating up your blood as you eat it. Comforting food but absolutely delicious. Variations can be made depending on how Boujee you want to be. F*ck some truffles in there etc.

Shrimp Linguini
This can be done in so many different ways and so many different types of seafood can be used. We are going to just throw all the seafood we like in this recipe and you can take bits out. You don’t need to have Scallops and Monkfish tails in the same linguini. You’d be breaking the bank when it’s not exactly necessary! If you want to use different seafood, shoot us an email if you want to know what way we would integrate it into our recipe.

Chicken Cacciatore
An italian homemade classic. Hearty dish that if my grandmother was Italian I imagine she would have taught me this recipe. But she wasn’t. Anyway, here you go.
Can be served with a side of anything! Mashed potato, polenta, roast potatoes, nice homemade bread, gnocchi.
